Our certified improvement / learning kata program is designed to allow business professionals, teachers and students a pathway to harnessing the benefits provided by a routine for moving from the current situation to a new situation in a creative, directed, meaningful way.

For Educational professionals and business managers, the kata allows you to step into the role of Mentor Through practicing the Coaching Kata. Practiced by teachers, managers, supervisors and team leaders who want to mentor their students and teams in a scientific way of thinking & acting. Providing those closest to the action are aligned with the shared goals and can develop solutions which are aligned and designed to meet the goals and objectives.

Program participants follow a growth journey that takes them from Learner to Coach.
