Meet the speakers

Nadine Wilches

Nadine Wilches is a mom of 2, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. She has led clinical teams in crisis intervention and helped develop clinical teams to address mental health and behavior using systemic and integrative models. Nadine has also worked on global mental health projects in 3 countries outside the US. After 20 years in response-based interventions, including as a School Director for students with serious social, emotional and behavioral needs, she felt strongly that it was time to flip the script and focus on prevention to get ahead of the problems. She designed the 5-Element Model using research and best practice on integrative mental health to decrease mental health risks and improve mental wellness systemically.
