Dr. Sriram Rajagopalan works as the Enterprise Agile Evangelist and Professional Trainer at Inflectra Corporation supporting clients on their product adoption and digital transformation.
Dr. Rajagopalan previously worked as the Vice President of Operational Excellence and Training, Vice President of Proposition Delivery, and Vice President of Program Management Office at Aptus Health over a 10-year period. During his tenure as Vice President, he managed a portfolio of programs and projects and established the enterprise level Program Management Office. He was the finalist receiving Eric Jenett PMI Excellence award in 2017, has published scholarly journals and practitioner columns on middle management transformation. He also volunteers with PMI, PMI Mass Bay Chapter, Agile Alliance, NAAAP, and serve as GSDC Advisory Board Member.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras in India, a Master's (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan, a business (MBA) degree in Management from Concordia University, Wisconsin, and a doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minnesota. He holds many professional certifications in project management (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, CSP, CSPO, CSD, CSM, ICC-ACC, SSBB, LSSBB, IT Project+, CSOXP, SCM, SCPO, SCD, SAMC, SCT).
With extensive software development and project and program management experience in many industries, Dr. Rajagopalan promotes the scholar-practitioner approach delivering information technology and management courses as adjunct faculty in Northeastern University and also is passionate about educating high-school and college children on project and agile principles to augment their productivity and agility in their personal and professional lives.
